We cycled from Gordon’s home, in Little Bytham to Rutland Water. We then cycled the long way around. Which is 23 miles. The shorter way, around it, is 17 miles. Just in case, you wanted to know. By the time, we had both cycled back to Gordon’s house. We had done, just over 42 miles. Which took us 3 hours and 43 minutes. Our average speed, was 11.2 mph.

  1. Hi Guys,
Just dropped in to wish you luck with your ride. I am a you tube friend of Alin. I am fund raising for UNICEF this year by taking parting the Paris to Hayling Cycle Ride. We are doing the short (300 mile) option -same as last year. We are lucky to have our bags collected and delivered to our accomodation for each of the 3 nights – cushy eh? – but I am 52 years old !! Co-incidentally my sister is joing us and she lives in Edith Weston on Rutland Water !
    Once again goodluckand enjoy it.
